Sitting all day and cutting off foliage is not good for you. So I took a nice bicycle run today.

This one landed on the jin of my fat mugo pine. It is a 'Trauerfliegenschnaepper' in German. Only one out of 100,000 people would know that it exists. Only my wife could tell what it was. Experts everywhere in this household.
